From foundation to date

1997
Foundation

In 1997, the small machine workshop OMI was established, specializing in mold making and maintenance in the home appliances industry.

2003
Trasformation into OMI SNC

The corporate reorganization brings with it OMI's entry into the automotive industry.

2007
The first 10 years of activity

In 2007 OMI celebrated its first 10 years in business by actually opening up to new segments and markets.

2009
Strengthening Engineering Division

OMI's entry into the automotive industry and the entrustment of major projects has resulted in the strengthening of the Engineering Division.

2010
Internationalization

2010 was a crucial year for OMI: the year of consecration and internationalization.

2015
OMI SRL

The new corporate reorganization and restructuring of the Group resulted in the strengthening of the Italian production sites, Ancona and Turin, the opening of a new Plant in Poland, and the establishment of business partnerships with China and Poland.

2019
OMI GROUP

2019 was a particularly proactive year for OMI: OMI Group was born and with it a partnership in Brazil.

2023
OMI TURIN

OMI Group in 2023 opens new plant in Turin dedicated to plastic injection molding.
