Quality Policy

The General Management of OMI Group has established its quality policy, and intends to maintain and improve it over time.

The goal is to make it appropriate to your needs and to the whole context that revolves around OMI GROUP S.R.L. directing its strategies.

The Quality Policy will be the tool to set the objectives for the Quality and which will have to motivate the company to satisfy all that is defined in the requirements that are transmitted to it by all the interested parties and to continuously improve its own System for the Quality.

The General Management wants to make public through this site the document of the Quality Policy that has already been transmitted and understood within our Organization.

Quality, environment and safety

OMI Group has always been committed to designing and manufacturing products that exceed the expectations of its partners.

In order to guarantee and constantly improve its quality levels and the satisfaction of its Customers, the Group has decided to achieve the IATF 16949: 2016 Quality Management System certification this year, which is added to the following Certifications obtained in recent years :

The ISO9001: 2015 certification – Quality management system for the design and production of molds and internal and external, acoustic and thermal components for cars and industrial vehicles and for the production of samples and prototypes.

The ISO14001: 2015 certification – Standard environmental management system for the design and production (through milling, turning, EDM, thermoforming and injection) of molds and internal and external, acoustic and thermal components for cars and industrial vehicles and for the realization (through Rapid Prototype 3D technology) of prototype samples.

Organization & enviroment

To improve production performance and safeguard safety, environment and quality, OMI Group can apply the methodology of the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) system initially introduced in collaboration with FCA which is added to the achievement of the IATF: 2026 Quality Management System certification for the Automotive sector.

In addition, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001 certifications are planned in the near future, attesting to the Group’s commitment to the adoption of efficient energy management and compliance with international standards in the field of health and safety at work.

In fact, the Group believes in both innovation and respect for the environment. This is why it has decided to adopt new technologies to improve energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
