Quality Policy
The goal is to make it appropriate to its needs and to the whole context around OMI GROUP S.R.L. by directing its strategies.
The Quality Policy will be the tool for setting goals for Quality and that should motivate the company to meet all that is defined in the requirements conveyed to it by all stakeholders and to continuously improve its Quality System.
The General Management wishes to make public through this site the Quality Policy document that has already been transmitted and understood within our Organization.
Quality, environment and safety
– ISO 9001: 2015 – Design and production of internal and external, acoustic and thermal molds and components for cars and industrial vehicles. Making prototype samples (see attached pdf)
ISO14001: 2015 – Standard Environmental Management System certification for the design and production (through milling, turning, EDM, thermoforming and injection) of internal and external, acoustic and thermal molds and components for automobiles and industrial vehicles, and for the production (through 3D Rapid Prototyping technology) of prototype samples.
Organization & Environment
In order to improve production performance and safeguard safety, environment and quality, OMI Group can apply the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) system methodology initially introduced in collaboration with FCA, which is in addition to achieving IATF: 2026 Quality Management System certification for the Automotive Sector.
Also planned for the near future are ISO 50001 and ISO 45001 certifications, which attest to the Group’s commitment to adopting efficient energy management and complying with international occupational health and safety standards.
Indeed, the Group believes in both innovation and environmental friendliness. That is why it decided to adopt new technologies to improve energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
